Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the services offered by Fort Worth Commercial Cleaning Services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Agreement

Upon acceptance of our service proposal and/or commencement of services, a service agreement is formed between Fort Worth Commercial Cleaning Services and the client. Services will be performed in accordance with the specifications outlined in the agreed-upon scope of work.

We reserve the right to modify services with reasonable notice to accommodate changes in scope, scheduling, or other operational requirements.

2. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Standard payment terms are net 15 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances exceeding 30 days.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel scheduled services with at least 48 hours notice without incurring cancellation fees. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding balances become immediately due.

4. Access and Security

Client is responsible for providing safe and secure access to the premises during scheduled cleaning times. This includes providing keys, access codes, or other necessary credentials. All access information provided will be kept confidential and secure.

Client agrees to secure all valuables, sensitive documents, and confidential information prior to our arrival. We are not responsible for items left unsecured during our service.

5. Liability and Insurance

Fort Worth Commercial Cleaning Services maintains general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance as required by law. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for damage to items that are improperly secured, inherently defective, or damaged prior to our service. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area in question at no additional charge.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fort Worth Commercial Cleaning Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
